It is not always pure fun, but of course it is critically important to be committed to academic service. I have reviewed book proposals and manuscripts for academic publishers, peer-reviewed manuscripts for publication in scholarly journals, and served as chair or discussant on conference panels.
Recently, I co-founded KISA, the Korean International Studies Association, and I continue to serve as its Secretary-General.
In 2001, I set up the Program for Education in Global Affairs (PEGA). Sponsored byLufthansa German Airlines, I facilitated Prof. Burkhard Schrage's visit to the National University of Social Sciences/Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam, where he conducted a compact academic course.
Consultant for Academic Accreditation
Accreditation of academic departments is often critical for their marketability. I have specific expertise and offer consulting work for academic institutions interested in accreditation of their business programs through AACSB and EQUIS at EFMD. Given the high level of confidentiality this type of work entails, please contact me for further details.
I am not a ghost writer. However, what I offer is to work with individuals on their academic projects. That includes assisting them in various stages of thesis or dissertation writing. I do not offer this for free. Any assistance will adhere strictly to the principles of academic integrity.
Professional Training Consulting
Higher education and professional training at major institutions of higher learning are becoming a globalized service industry. In the past, I have been heavily involved in developing, running, and evaluating international mid-career professional training programs at The Fletcher Schoo,INSEAD, as well as collegiate education programs overseas at Becker College.
If and where my expertise and background match the project, I remain interested in consulting work.

That year's issue featured a message from then-General Secretary of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Dr. Mohamed El-Baradei.
